All sales are final, friends! Each item is made and packed with care, so we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges — including on shipping costs. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Once your package is dropped off with the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If this happens, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
